About Us

We are a registered not for profit organization (foundation) whose concerned on wildlife conservation, especially on conservation of freshwater turtles, tortoises, terrapins in Indonesia, particularly in Northern Sumatra. Officially, the foundation are registered in Minister of Law and Human Rights based on SK Menhumham No. AHU – 7684.AH.01.04/2012.

Recently, we are actively to conserve critically endangered species Painted terrapin (Batagur borneoensis).

We have strong vision to be a leading organization in conservation of freshwater turtles, tortoises, terrapins and their habitat. We believe that freshwater turtles are playing important roles to support of our ecosystem. The extinction of these species is the extinction of beautiful creatures, our culture, knowledge and supporting system of our ecosystem!
